Terms & Conditions

In order to fulfill reservations efficiently. Details of booking must be informed in advance. Arrival and departures dates, flight details, number of participants involved, and notification if alternate hotels are acceptable will help us to handle your inquiry smoothly.

Reservation and Confirmations:
All reservation requirements and all communication & coordination for information should be in writing. The confirmation will be sent as required by the client’s electronic mail (e-mail). The communication expenses have been included in the rates/prices offered.

Change of Booking:
A one-night cancellation fee will be charged for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to the availability of the accommodation booked.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation must be received within a delay of one week before the date of your arrival.

Payment:
Payment strictly for full prepayment by bank transfer or credit card, which is required two weeks before guest arrival. Any other payment preference will be subject to negotiation. Payment by credit card is subject to a 3 % surcharge or depends on bank regulation for bank commission.

Rates:
All prices will be quoted net in RUPIAH including 10 % VAT.

Refunds:
No refunds on unused services.
